J. & W. Lowry Ltd provided development and project management services, working with the Client to assist in acquiring the land and securing planning permission delivering the development on time and on budget.

Lowry Ltd were also appointed to construct the development delivering a new build bespoke elderly residential care home consisting of 80 beds, 2 cafés, cinema room, library, fitness and wellness suite, post office, external terrace and garden, under ground parking, full commercial kitchen and underground car parking.
