J. & W. Lowry Ltd were appointed to deliver a new build bespoke elderly residential care home consisting of 83 beds, residents lounge and café, cinema room, library, fitness and wellness suite, post office, external gardens, resident parking, full commercial kitchen.
The project was a design and build project, with J. & W. Lowry Ltd delivering the project on time and on budget.
