Planning Consent Granted

J. & W. Lowry have provided Development Management and Project Management services for our Client, involving assembling and managing a design team of consultants to develop a suitable design and obtain planning permission for a mixture of 58nr Luxury Retirement/Lifestyle Living Apartments designed exclusively for residents aged 55+.

The development site is located on the southern side of Grove Lane, on land adjacent to Grove Park Residential Care Home in Headingley within a well-established suburb of North Leeds. The site extends to 2.09 acres (0.85ha) and when completed will allow for spectacular south facing scenic views overlooking the Woodhouse Ridge.

Planning permission was granted December 2021 and JWL are now assisting the Client in finding a suitable buyer for the site.
