SERVICES
We provide development management and project management services for the progress and procurement of new property developments. We can help manage both new build and remodelling projects from conception to completion. Managing the land acquisition and planning issues, taking responsibility for progress through the technical, legal, and financial stages of the development. As part of this, we will assist with inspecting and appraising new land opportunities, reviewing and advising on redundant land in terms of redevelopment potential, completing acquisitions, providing technical advice, and liaising with architects and local authorities.

We will also negotiate purchases and sale of properties; oversee the appointment of solicitors and external consultants where necessary and monitor the financial requirements of the development programme, and ensure forecasts are accurate and well-maintained.

DO YOU KNOW OF OR OWN A SITE AND WANT TO TALK TO US?
We are also always happy to hear from landowners and agents who have potential sites to develop. Below are a set of requirements which are intended as a guideline for what sites we will consider.

LAND REQUIREMENTS

Land area required is between 0.5 to 2 acres,

Existing or capable of obtaining open planning consent (class C2 or C3),

Close to amenities including, a supermarket, pharmacy and bus stops,

Close to employment opportunities,

Close to leisure facilities,

Central town and city centre locations are preferable but we will consider peripheral locations if the location criteria can still be met.

EXISTING BUILDINGS
We buy existing buildings too, the requirements are similar to the land requirements for the location and size of the site.

​PLANNING REQUIREMENTS
Land will be considered with or without planning consent for C2 or C3, although those with such consent in place are preferable.

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Prior to purchasing any site, J. & W. Lowry will review the site against the above criteria and current market conditions.
