J. & W. Lowry Limited is a specialist development and project management company founded in 1848. We have a long history of providing high-quality residential accommodation and working in partnership with registered social housing providers, care commissioning bodies, national charities and support providers.
We work closely with designers, project managers, quantity surveyors, clients, local authorities, housing providers, care providers and funders across various sectors.
Our core business is to develop and deliver successful projects safely, and to a high quality, meeting the needs of today without jeopardising the needs of the future. We operate predominantly throughout the Northern region working to deliver projects; for external clients, as part of a joint venture or to expand our own projects.
We have a long history as a family-owned and run company and we pride ourselves on our family values, professional skill and technical excellence which we employ to deliver an unrivalled and unique approach to projects.
